Storybook: Master Novelist and this website are operated by 25 Studios. We believe privacy is part of the craft: your work is yours, and we collect as little as possible.
Your library lives on your device, and nowhere else we can reach
Storybook: Master Novelist stores your writing on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, your library syncs through your own private iCloud (CloudKit) database, governed by Apple's iCloud terms. We operate no servers, maintain no user accounts, and cannot see, access, or recover your writing.
The app collects no analytics, shows no ads, and includes no trackers or third-party SDKs. Photos you attach (covers, portraits, location references) are chosen through Apple's photo picker and stored only inside your library. Exports and shares happen only when you initiate them. We never sell or share any data, because we do not have any.
The waitlist only keeps what you give it
If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you provide with our database provider solely to tell you about the app's launch and major updates. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
Email us at 25studiosproduction@gmail.com at any time to see or delete your waitlist entry. The site sets no advertising trackers.
Not directed at children under 13
The app and site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Wherever you live, under GDPR, CCPA, or another privacy law, email us at 25studiosproduction@gmail.com and we will honor access or deletion requests for the one thing we hold: a waitlist email address.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
